12 Deadlifts, 70kg/50kg
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

*Player 1 will complete 1 full round, while player 2 rests. Once completed player 2 will then complete a full round while player 1 rests. Keep alternating each round until 10 rounds are completed (5 Rounds each).
